Recently we had a customer come to us with a problem that needed a solution. The way that they had been achieving a 3-inch thick acrylic site glass in a tank had been through the means of cementing two pieces together. After a while, in the environment in which it was exposed to, the bond would fail.
Our solution. Producing one by machining it out of a solid piece of 3-inch thick acrylic. We then polished the machined surfaces to restore an entirely clear view.
The watch is on the other side of the boss and is clearly visible.
Since we want to deliver the goods to the customer in as pristine condition as possible we did not remove the masking from the two faces so unfortunately you are not able to see this part in it's full glory.
